Developer
The primary role of our Developer is to help drive the momentum of both small and large development projects.
Overview
Tasks will include, but not be limited to: taking custom designed websites and apps and turning them into pixel perfect projects (large and small), making small to medium sized modifications to custom WordPress themes, and providing support to clients experiencing issues with their websites.

What We Can Expect From You
Experience & ability:
- A thorough understanding of PHP, jQuery, Git source control, CSS/SCSS
- Familiarity with: Sketch, Zeplin
- You enjoy and excel when working with a team
- You are extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working independently

What Would Make You Stand Out
- A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in WordPress development
- Experience & ability in the following:
- VueJS
- Laravel
- Ionic Framework
- React
- Angular
What Your Day Might Look Like
Practical application of skills:
- Check in and work with Project Manager to deliver website projects on time
- Login to support system daily and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- These tickets include routine questions, fixing bugs, and diagnosing any issues brought to our attention by our clients
- These tickets occasionally turn into small, hourly-billed tasks that the Project Manager will work with you/the client to complete (ex. Online form creation utilizing Gravity Forms, swapping out hard-coded material, etc.)
- Update WordPress plugins on sites hosted by Cross & Crown and ensuring no issues arise from said updates
- Assist with website launches that involve an external website host
- Work with Senior Developer to ensure code meets quality standards
