How have the first 179 days of 2018 gone for you?

Hard to believe we are 179 days into 2018! It feels like it was just January and we were planning and excited to conquer so much in 2018. I am happy to report that we are crushing our 2018 goals. Our team has been hard at working handcrafting and launching over 32 custom websites, running social media and digital marketing campaigns for a host of our clients and capturing stories for our clients with our video team from Memphis, TN to Washington DC.

We took some time to reflect on what has made our year successful and we want to share this information with you with the hope that you can use it to help reach your goals.

1. We had a plan

Without a plan running your business is like riding a sailboat without a sail. You need to know your numbers and where you want to go and build a plan to get you there. Without this, we would not be where we are today.

2. We refreshed our website 

We spent the time to dig into our website and retool it to better showcase who we are and what we do. Not only is the site beautiful and user-friendly but we built it on a solid foundation for speed, mobile use, and accessibility. Without paying attention to these items, our site would not be able to showcase who we are.

3. We expanded our audience

If you build it, they won’t come. It is not enough to build the house, you need to find where your audience is and get in front of them. We did this by identifying the best platforms for us and creating a digital marketing strategy to reach our audience and convert them fans and clients. For us this was a mixture of social media, SEO, and PPC.
