Overview
We are looking for an individual
This includes thorough client communication throughout all stages of our video process as well as internal and external communication to ensure the project is kept on track.**While we have a flexible work culture, this position is best fulfilled in office and not remote.**

What We Can Expect From You
Experience & ability:
- A minimum of three (3) years professional experience in either a video production management role or a position with similar responsibilities
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once and plan ahead
- Knowledgeable of videography process and vocabulary
- You are good at reading and understanding people
- You enjoy working within a team
- You are extremely detail-oriented
- You are punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- You can change tasks and quickly pivot or make changes on the fly
- You are an excellent all-around communicator
- You are committed to doing your job to the best of your ability
- You get things done regardless of the time and energy it takes
- A willingness to travel
What Would Make You Stand Out
Experience & ability:
- Creative writing skills or scripting knowledge
- Previous experience working within or for an agency
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Frame.io and Studio Binder or similar software
What Your Day Might Look Like
Practical application of skills:
- Managing internal and external communications throughout the day
- Planning production, filming, and editing schedules and maintaining their deadlines
- Creating roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for existing projects
- Meeting with new clients to kick off their project and set up their project post-meeting in Basecamp
- Meeting internally with other relevant teams involved in a single video project
- Checking Basecamp (project management system) to ensure projects are accurate and up to date
- Checking in with any clients to ensure their project stays on track
