New Team Members: Meet the New Kids on the Block!

We believe that our team here at Cross & Crown employs some of the most talented and cutting-edge creatives on the planet. Each day is an adventure as we bring together a carefully curated collection of talent to advance the dreams and goals of our clients. Today, we are excited to announce that we have added two new champions to our team and want to introduce them to you:

Chrissy Miller, Experience Manager

Chrissy has deep compassion and empathy for others so you can be assured that she will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. But what really wows us about Chrissy is her ability to adapt to pretty much any and every situation. We can toss a task her way and trust that she will handle it with excellence, and if it’s something she is unfamiliar with, she isn’t afraid of a challenge and will get to the bottom of any problem because her two loves in this business are helping people and learning new things. On a given day, you will find Chrissy navigating tasks for a variety of clients. Whether it’s SEO, QA testing or assisting in the design process, we count on Chrissy’s optimism and “can do” attitude to help our team with the heavy lifting when we need an extra hand.

Every team needs a utility player to really amplify products and services to their greatest potential. And when you’re looking for a utility player who can juggle multiple tasks with class and style, you hire a nationally recognized competitive fire baton juggler. At least that’s what we did! Chrissy has been twirling batons since the ripe old age of 4 and is able to juggle four batons at a time, catch a seven spin and even juggle fire batons. We can’t think of a better activity to prepare an Experience Manager for success!

Michael Kozlowski, Cinematographer & Editor

Michael Kozlowski is the newest member of our team and joins us in the leading role of Cinematographer and Editor. He could have pursued a career as an A-lister on Hollywood’s red carpet, a professional rollerblader or a Vegas card-throwing sensation, but it was discovering the love of film while studying acting in college that ultimately captured his attention — setting his trajectory toward storytelling and cinematography.

Michael’s day begins like most people’s, with a 5:30 am wake up call from two energetic toddlers. Well, maybe not the norm for everyone, but once the kids and dog are settled, Michael trades the chaos of family life with toddlers for the steady eye of cinematography, either through a lense in the field or staring down the computer, editing projects.

As Cinematographer and Editor, Michael will lend his creative skills to our filmmaking capabilities, providing clients with expertise in lighting, angles, lenses, film and effects to make their memorable stories shine and leave a lasting impression on their viewers.

When the day is done and he has put his Baby Whisperer skills to good use, Michael enjoys unwinding with his wife, playing music or Xbox One with friends. But when the cameras are off and the edit bay is dark, Michael’s highest calling is to be a man who gives his life to God and family.

His personal motto is: “There will always be two paths.. Where you go is up to you.”
