Meet Dylan: Our New Project Manager!

Right now is an extremely exciting time for our team. We are not only expanding our office space into the suite next to us—but we’re also expanding our team, again!

This week we welcomed our second new addition to our team within a month’s time! Join us in welcoming him!

Dylan is our new Project Manager. He is a Pennsylvania native who is currently living in Kentucky with a love for board games and winter sports!

What are you most looking forward to in this position at C&C?

I am most looking forward to getting to know the team and clients. I love working with people and can’t wait to begin building new relationships both internally and with clients.

You have your own late night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?

Phil Mickelson. I need some golfing tips!

We’ve heard that you’re into board games. Which one is your favorite?

One of my favorite games is Catan, but right now I’ve been into a game called Space Base. It’s a dice game with the objective of being the first player to 40 victory points. Throughout the game, you collect currency and resources used to upgrade your fleet of spaceships, which each increase the number of rewards or victory points you earn on each roll. Takes a little bit of luck and strategy!

Tell us about your most favorite trip that you’ve even taken.

My favorite trip has to be my wife and I’s honeymoon. We went on a 10-day cruise to Nassau and Bermuda. In Bermuda, we rented a moped and it rained the second half of the day while we were on our way back across the island! We were cold and dried off in a nice little coffee shop close by before getting back on the ship.

What’s your go-to TV show or movie right now?

Right now, I am working my way through the entire Marvel series from start to finish in chronological order. I’ve seen most of them before, but never in order.

Where could we find you outside the office?

You’d probably find me either on a golf course or snowboarding, depending on the season. I love being outdoors and just hanging out with my wife and dog. On the flip side, if I’m inside, I’m probably playing video games with some friends.

If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?

I’d probably become an expert at golf. Taking up the hobby has been both frustrating, fun, challenging, and rewarding. But it’s all about the journey, right?
