I don’t know about you, but I’m a huge fan of BBQ.

And I’m an even bigger fan of quality local BBQ joints. You know the ones I mean — the hidden gems that locals know and love but most others haven’t even heard about.

When I discovered Western Redneck BBQ in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania (where our company is located), I was hooked. Their food is fantastic and the service is top-notch. I couldn’t stop talking about them, so pretty much everyone I know has given it a try, loved it, and become regulars.

When Ted, the owner, shared that he wasn’t happy with their logo, he asked if Cross & Crown wanted to take a stab at it. We jumped at the chance to work with a local business we love supporting anyway.

When we presented them with the logo we designed, they couldn’t believe that we’d nailed it in only one round of designs!

After signing off on the logo, we moved ahead with overhauling all their branding: We updated their shop signage, created social-share images, built them a splash page website, redesigned their menu, and produced a promo video for a social media campaign.

In less than a week since their new brand launched, they’ve already seen exponential results. We developed a geo-specific marketing campaign on Facebook, and their online reach increased over 6000%! They had a lot of new customers this past weekend and received multiple 5-star reviews online as a result.
